All the gears are made of 20 CrMnTi ,undergoes quenched and precise grinded for good printing and long life service
All the rollers undergo precise treatment,grinded and plated with rigid chorme and make balance rectification

Feeder unit
1 Sun alike lead feeder makes cardboard feeding easily and stable, all the baffles adjusted by electric control
2 The air volume adjusted by manual according to different cardboard
3 Tow rows of feeding roller, quick movable feeding ring installed for easy adjustment.

5 Dedust device help remove the dust on the surface of the cardboard for good printing.
